Envision Williamston Concert Series to feature “Carolina Coast Band” – May 12

Envision Williamston Spring Concert Series continues this Friday, May 12 with the “Carolina Coast Band”. This is the third event in the series and will feature the outstanding beach vibes of The Carolina Coast Band.
“This band will have you shagging and longing for the warm sands and bright sunshine of the Beach,” said Envision Williamston Executive Director Roberta Hamby. “Come relax and unwind with Carolina Coast Band.”
“The concert series is free to the public and made possible because of the very generous Outstanding Agent Engagement Award Donation by Cristina Ortiz- State Farm- Williamston to Envision Williamston,” said Hamby.
Concerts will be held on Friday nights in Mineral Spring Park from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm on May 12, May 19 and June 2.
On May 19 Kendall Lanford and Clearview will perform on May 19. Kendall boasts that she is thankful each day that God blessed her with vocal talent & the desire to entertain! Kendall Lanford and ClearView is an energetic country band playing music from the early 70’s, through modern day country hits. The concert will be held in conjunction with the Pig in the Park Barbecue Festival and Cookoff which will also be going on May 19 and 20.
The Tailgate Homeboys will perform country music on Friday, June 2.
Food and Beverage trucks will be at each event.
“Make your plans to come on out to Williamston each Friday night beginning for free music and great fun,” Hamby said.

Envision Williamston concert series underway


Envision Williamston will hold a five week Spring Concert Series beginning this Friday, April 28.
The Jamie Wright Band kicked off the series on Friday, April 28.
The 2nd of the Series is on Friday, May 5, featuring the festive vibes of Latin Soul Band. The event will also include CINCO DE MAYO related activities.
The third event in the series on Friday, May 12 will feature the outstanding beach vibes of The Carolina Coast Band.
On May 19 Kendall Lanford and Clearview will perform.
Local band, the Tailgate Homeboys, will perform country music on Friday, June 2.
Food and Beverage trucks will be at each event.

Envision Williamston has Board Vacancy


If you would like to be more involved in what is going on in Williamston, consider volunteering with Envision Williamston.
Envision Williamston has one vacancy and is seeking a candidate to serve on its Board of Directors. Envision Williamston is a 501(c)(3) organization that works toward the betterment and revitalization of the Town of Williamston. This is a volunteer position and requires attendance at monthly Board meetings (evening hours) and participation of at least three events per year. (Event days and times vary).
